UNDERSTANDING OURSELVES - THE FORCES

Building on the learning about our own psychology!

This week's focus is about Taking Control of the Forces ... Putting it Altogether, to maximise your controlled decisions and actions, for better life outcomes. This section also teaches you to break old behaviour patterns and FOCUS on what you want out of life, with a mindful trigger for decisions and changed behaviour.
