This program is designed to teach you how to develop a stronger mindset, positive mental health and the ability to work on progressively better life outcomes. This program, when applied well, will help you build personal strength, confidence, resilience, develop good habits, learn better communication skills, enhance your relationships and the ability to set and achieve goals. You will learn about your own psychology, the reasons why you think, feel and act the way you do, and understand how to control the forces that influence your behaviour and outcomes.

In order to achieve this you MUST INVEST TIME TO LEARN, READ AND DO ALL THE STEPS, TOOLS, WORKSHEETS AND ANSWER THE REFLECTIVE QUESTIONS as you are guided through the weekly content. Personal development doesn't just happen because you have a book, manual or PDF file with great information on it ... Personal development happens when you consciously study, reflect and apply what you are learning, to see the true effects of growth, achievement and positive change.

Let's begin learning about our own psychology!

The first step in personal development, learning and positive change is to have a better understanding of ourselves, which enables individuals to make decisions in a more positively serving way, due to their heightened awareness of what is driving their decisions and actions.

This week's focus is about learning and understanding Human Needs - The motivating force that drives your decisions and actions unconsciously.
