It is a double pronged approach, aimed at both the prevention of adverse and the promotion of positive mental health. By utilising the lived experiences of Elite Professional Athletes, the expertise of Trained and Certified Professionals from BE UNSTOPPABLE, and a program developed around positive psychological evidence-based research, the BE UNSTOPPABLE with Shaun Lane program is essential education for individuals of all ages seeking to learn skills for life-long well-being, peak performance and goal achievement.

The BE UNSTOPPABLE ‘Elite Athletes’ are valuable members of our team, and give teams and organisations the opportunity to learn a wide variety of skills, especially resilience skills, through the combination of evidence-based theory, lived peak-performing experience and a unique, engaging perspective on the application of these skills through the lens of an elite athlete in a high-pressure environment. This is facilitated with the Certified Professional Coaches and Trainers from BE UNSTOPPABLE.
Shaun Lane has successfully achieved an impressive career as a peak performer with 10+ years experience as professional athlete in the NRL, playing over 180 games 2015 to 2024 for 4 clubs. This vital experience is valuable to share with teams and organisations looking to up-skill, support and improve the performance of individuals, teams and organisations overall.
The two-fold approach of having an Elite Athlete with the Credentialed Coaches and Facilitators, to offer teams and organisations support, education and skill development is highly effective, as the participating individuals are happily engaged in real-time learning of content, mental strength skills and examples discussed from two perspectives, sport and evidence-based, then transferred to the lens of the organisations where the program is being delivered, with work-related examples, for practical application.
The BE UNSTOPPABLE with Shaun Lane program is led by the Founder of BE UNSTOPPABLE, Dee Raquel Joma, in collaboration with the Co-Founder of PRO ERA Performance, Shaun Lane, supported by the BE UNSTOPPABLE team of coaches and facilitators.

The program is designed to teach effective mental skills that strengthen the mind when practiced regularly. Everything taught in the program is based on evidence-based practices, founded from psychology and human behaviour studies.
